Mr. Han Changlin is Senior Engineer of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) and Deputy General Manager of Beijing IWHR Technology Co., Ltd.

He is also Director of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Secretary-General of Informatisation Committee of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Vice Chairman of Intelligent Special Committee of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Member of Cascade Dispatching and Control Committee of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Member of Automation Committee of China Society for Hydropower Engineering, Member of ISO TC339 China Expert Committee and Member of IEC/TC4/WG40 "Digital Operation and Maintenance of Hydropower Station" Working Group.

Mr Han has been engaged in the research and development of computer monitoring system and cascade dispatching automation system for hydropower stations for many years. He has participated in the development and operation of computer monitoring systems for Three Gorges Power Station, Baihetan Power Station, Xiluodu Power Station and Xiangjiaba Power Station, which ranked among the top ten in the world.
