Mr. Li Baosen is a professorate senior engineer and senior expert in the power and energy sector. He has also been deeply involved in power planning, operation, construction, market and management during his past 30 year career in the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC). He is currently Deputy Secretary General of the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organisation (GEIDCO), which is dedicated to promoting global energy interconnection (GEI) to meet global power demand by green and clean alternatives, and as a solution to accelerate the clean energy transition, address global climate challenge and achieve sustainable development.
