Speaker biography

Anri Lushnjari is Business Development Manager for Statkraft Albania. As part of this, Anri’s scope is to solicit for new renewable projects, with focus on solar and wind. He is also the Project Manager for the construction of 2 MW Floating Photovoltaic Project currently under construction in the Banja Reservoir, close to Banja Dam.

Anri has been with Statkraft AS since 2010 as part of the team constructing the Devoll Hydropower (DHP) project in Albania. The project, consisting of two hydropower plants Banja and Moglicë, is the largest investment in hydropower in the Western Balkans and has contributed to a 17 percent increase of production in Albania. The project is being developed with the future objective to increase capacity to 50 MW by distributing the energy via the existing electrical infrastructure, substation and transmission line that has been constructed for the Banja HPP Project.

Anri holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Bosphorus University in Turkey. During his career, he has obtained an MBA in Construction Management and also holds Project Management Professional (PMP®) credentials.
